Questions shop owners ask.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes, for billing. Each till keeps its own transaction record and carries on during an outage, then syncs when the connection returns. Card payments depend on your card terminal and its own connection.
Can I scan barcodes?
Yes. Checkout supports barcode scanners and SKU lookup. We confirm the scanner model with you before you buy.
Can I sell loose items by weight?
Yes. Products can be sold by piece, pack or weight, and the system supports weighing scales. We check your scale's compatibility during setup.
I have more than one shop. Can I manage them together?
Yes. Stock is held per location with transfers between shops, and you can set up tills, permissions and reports for each location.
Can I keep my existing hardware?
Possibly. Send us the make and model of your scanner, printer, cash drawer or scale and we'll check before you commit.
How much does it cost?
